What is Vamana?

A therapeutic procedure in Ayurveda that involves controlled emesis (induced vomiting) to eliminate excess Kapha dosha and toxins from the body. It is a key component of Panchakarma, the Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy.
