Virechana

What is Virechana?

An integral part of Ayurvedic Panchakarma, a cleansing and rejuvenating therapy. It involves the therapeutic process of eliminating toxins and excess Pitta (one of the three doshas) from the body through the administration of purgative substances.

It offers numerous benefits by eliminating toxins, balancing Pitta dosha, and promoting overall well-being. With its ability to detoxify the body, enhance digestion, and support skin and liver health, Virechana plays a significant role in restoring balance and vitality

Virechana stimulates the liver, promoting the production and secretion of bile. This helps in the elimination of toxins, excess bile, and metabolic waste through the digestive system.
